I ordered a wood piece from linon.com without really knowing what to expect, and when it showed up, I was surprised in a good way. As soon as I picked it up, it had that solid, sturdy weight to it and didn’t feel cheap or hollow at all. I took a closer look at the finish too, and while it’s not absolutely perfect, it looks really nice for what I paid. It ended up feeling like one of those purchases where you think, “Okay, this was actually worth it.” I’d definitely feel comfortable buying wood furniture from them again.

I was feeling mentally drained when this showed up, so I didn’t have much patience for anything flimsy or disappointing. Thankfully, the material feels really solid and sturdy. No complaints there.

I was excited to get this table, but the box showed up completely beat up, and when I opened it, there was a big scratch right on the table. It was really frustrating and disappointing, especially after looking forward to using it. I just felt let down.

Okay, I was shocked by how firm this cushion is — like, I sat down and had a whole moment. It’s definitely firmer than I expected, but weirdly enough, it’s still comfy once you get used to it.

I had to send something back to linon.com and figured I’d be waiting a while for the refund. But once they recieved the return, the money was back in my account fast, like within a few days.
I’m giving 4 stars because the return update emails could’ve been a little clearer. Still, I didn’t have to keep following up or anything, so overall I was happy with how it went

I ordered a piece from linon.com the assembly was way more frustrating than I expected. A few of the holes didn’t line up like they should, and some parts of the instructions had me second-guessing what I was doing. Come on now, it shouldn’t take that much trial and error just to put furniture together. It looks fine now that it’s done, but the whole process was annoying enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again

I ended up having to return a chair I bought from linon.com because the color just didn’t work in my room. I really thought it would, but once it was in the space, it was just off, off enough that I knew I wouldn’t keep it.
I emailed customer service and expected it to be kind of a hassle, but they got back to me quickly. The instructions were clear, the return label was easy to print, and I didn’t have to do the whole back-and-forth, back-and-forth thing.

Once they received the chair, my refund came through a few days later. It was a simple, simple process overall, no drama at all, and I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

I opened the box with my brother to start putting it together, but we quickly realized some of the screws were missing. Frustrating because the hardware wasn’t complete, so we couldn’t finish the setup

I ordered from linon.com mostly because I kept coming back to the style of their furniture, it showed up looking just like the pictures. Which almost makes me suspicious because furniture photos online usually feel like they’re hiding something, right? But nope, the colors and finish looked good in person too. The design is simple without looking cheap or overly bulky, and it fits my room way better than I expected. I’m happy with how everything came together, even if part of me still thinks they’ve figured out some secret way to make online furniture photos actually honest.

The replies were slooow, I never really got a clear answer, and it felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic help. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just someone to actually respond with something useful.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine was not great. I probably wouldn’t order again if I thought I might need support afterward.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the tape and cardboard looked a little rough, like the package had been through a lot on the way here. Still, everything inside was safe, so I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...

Ordered it from linon.com. The color was pretty much like the pictures. Maybe just a little darker once I got it in my room. Lighting, probably. Not a big deal though. It still looks good overall.

It looks good overall, um, but it was a little wobbly when I first put it together. After I went back and tightened the screws, though, it felt much sturdier. So yeah, decent in the end
